As soon as you walk into one of InfoCision’s call centers you will notice a startling difference. Our centers are designed to be much smaller than the industry standard. Each call center holds 50 to 60 workstations, with a 9:1 Communicator-to-supervisor ratio. This arrangement creates an intimate work environment that is competitive, yet team-oriented.
With 32 call centers divided among 15 facilities, each center is dedicated to one of InfoCision's eight divisions. Dedicated call centers allow us to hire Communicators based on how their skill sets match each division and then assign them to the programs they have a personal affinity for. Quite simply, it allows us to hire more selectively, which boosts the overal talent in all of the call centers.

Our 9:1 Communicator-to-supervisor ratio ensures that call center programs are executed seamlessly, remain compliant with government regulations and that Communicators adhere to our quality standards. We retain a talented staff of call center supervisors and managers who are respected among the Communicators and dedicated to IMC’s mission as well as our clients’ mission. In fact, when InfoCision opens a new call center, many of our call center supervisors transfer from their current location to help get the new facility up and running.
